End of November Adventures

Thanksgiving was a fun and busy day. Kertus and I did not have to work that day but we both had to be up early in the morning to help with the Christmas Sale the next day. Ethan played with his cousins and had a blast. He ate a lot too for being just a little guy. This morning when we woke up we discovered that we have been blessed with moisture in the form of Snow! Now it is starting to feel more like the holidays! Ethan couldn't wait to go outside and play in the snow! He almost had to tie him down and get him dressed before anything! He was so excited and so cute to watch! I got this picture of him showing me the snow on his gloves just right when he is actually looking in my direction! I just can't believe how much he is grown. In Nursery they thought that he was around his cousins age which is 3 almost 4 so in January she would be going to Sunbeams, so they were taking him with her to the last part of singing time! I informed them that he is only 2 1/2 years old and they were quite surprised because he would sit right there nice and still and sing and jump and move his arms when they would sing the sunbeam song! I think that I will have to inform everyone of his age simply because he looks and even acts it seems, older then he really his. My Little Man!

Tis the Fall Season!

The other day the family of 3, racked leaves in the yard. There is a huge maple and some others that just wouldn't give up all of there leaves at once. Of course, Ethan had to help so he has part of a rake and is using it as a horse for most of the morning. I got him to sit still long enough to get this adorable picture of him! We have been blessed with rain after we have fasted and it is getting colder and colder every night. We both have jobs as Cashiers at Fred Meyer here and trying to adjust back to the working thing. It is really hard for me because Ethan doesn't want mom to go to work, he wants me to stay here with him. It can just break your heart but then I tell him that if mommy stays here then he wouldn't get the neat opportunity of being over at his cousins houses' and playing with them. His reaction: "Oh, yeah." The simplest things are just so funny or amazing. And of course he loves to play in those leaves. Ethan especially loves to lay in the leaves and chill after he is done (even though mom and dad did all the work), and before they are put away.

Ready for adventures

I thought that this picture was the cutest thing that I had to share it. It makes Ethan look like he is either ready to sail the seven seas or jump on a Harley and terrorize the local neighborhood! LOL. Kertus and I have had success with finding jobs. We both will be working at Fred Meyer and we start tomorrow. I am a little nervous going back to the working thing because I have not for at over a year and I am just worried how Ethan is going to take it. I am just glad that Kertus's family is around who enjoy to have Ethan come and play with their kids and to help out since we have in the past. Speaking of the other half, Kertus is doing dinner tonight by his creation. It should be good yet interesting, he has been doing that allot lately which is fine, get in the practice so when he goes to school he will have some experience in that department. He will do good in school, he will just have to do his homework, which I will make sure that he will.

Halloween Adventures

Well, Halloween came and gone without a hitch. The only real big deal is that instead of Mickey Mouse that Ethan originally wanted to be, he wanted to be Woody from Toy Story. That was all right with me because we basically had all the stuff to put together a Woody. He looked really cute and had tons of fun at the Church Carnival. Ethan had his first horse ride on my birthday which was the 26th, and afterwards he told me he wanted more and then he wanted a horse of his own! Little ones these days are just so smart, brave and just amazing! If anyone is interested. we have a picture of the Twin Falls Temple being almost done. It looks amazing and really pretty. You can even see it from the freeway.
